Remember how I said this would be the last comic of this chapter? Maybe there might be one more... I'll think about it.

#Inktober?

It's a new month. Trick or treat season has begun. Also, a seemingly endless parade of month long drawing hashtag social media driven events has begun.

I don't have any plans to participate in any of these drawing events this year. I have done a successful Inktober in the past which you can view on the site, it's the story entitled "The Galactic Train".

I know doing things like Inktober can be great for social media attention. It's a good way to get likes and follows, but honestly, I've never experienced that. And, last year I quit most of my social media, and I don't want to go back to them.

I could probably post Inktober stuff on here, but I think I'll stick to my own projects which have been ongoing all year. Here's what this month might include:

• Continue to publish pages of Magical Girl Kamiko (at least 4 pages this month)
• Work on a couple pages of the Lolita Fashion Coloring Book vol. 2

I've also been doing characters sketches and other random bits of artwork for fun now and then. The character sketches are for another story I'm working on. You probably won't see them here. The other random bits, maybe.

That said, I was thinking of creating a new "book" on this site that would be where my random sketches go. It would be another means of creating content for this site. The only issue is that not all of it is related to This Mortal Coil, and if you're here for just this comic, then it may end up being noise for you. If you feel strongly that you'd love to see that drop me and line and tell me.

So, that's pretty much it for this week.
